4. Cancellation and refunds
Students should cancel lessons no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time to remain eligible for a refund or lesson credit, unless a different rule is clearly shown at the time of booking. Cancellations inside that window may lead to loss of the payment or the booked credit. If the teacher cancels, a refund, replacement credit, or reschedule will be offered.
